Under CEO Do Minh Phu’s leadership, DOJI Gold & Gems Group has become one of the organizations who have had great contribution to social and charity activities for more than VND 600 billion. DOJI revenue has reached VND 133.407 billion, contributing to national budget about VND 20.291 billion.

Golden award “Vietnam’s typical enterprise” for the first time, and golden award “excellent leader” for the second time in 2009 is a program aiming at acknowledging and encouraging Vietnam’s enterprises and foreign capitalized enterprises in Vietnam to strive for constructing quality and prestige products and services, contributing to building healthy business environment and stable economic development of Vietnam. In addition, the program also apprises typical individuals and leaders who have great achievement in leading and developing their organizations, contributing to social and community activities.

This is an annual activity held by the association of Vietnam Radio, Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Labor and Invalid and Society, Health Ministry, Ministry of Culture, Sport and Tourism, Union of Vietnam’s friendship organizations, Alliance of Vietnam’s co-operatives, South East Asia Science Research Association, and Center of preservation and promoting Vietnam traditional culture.
